| Comments | Jordan came to school late today. When he arrived he had a positive attitude. Jordan needed some time to transition into his day. When a teacher offered to help him get started on his work he said he wanted to do it on his own and that he knew how to do the work. Teacher checked with him to be sure he knew what to do and made sure he knew to ask for help if he needed. Jordan did not completed any of the work when the teacher checked in a short time later. Jordan did not complete much of his work today before it was time to go home. He asked if he could take an assignment home. Jordan is still acclimating to a new school. He has difficulty following some of the rules such as no jackets with students at their desk and following some of the other school expectations. Jordan has shown that he is able to adjust and comply with the rules and expectations respectfully with discussion and when a brief amount of time to comply/process is given. |
