| Comments | Philomena has difficulty transitioning to a new task if the previous task is not completed. She did need to be given the direction to put her book and paper aside more than once and a wait period for her to comply. She was not overtly disrespectful but did state that she has to finish before moving on. A discussion was had about schedules and routines and the need to sometimes come back to a task at a later time. if approved by the teacher. When given a choice at the end of the day for a bit of free time from her usual choices she asked what I thought she should do. We talked about when given choices |
