Evan came into school, went under his desk and shut down. He wouldn't talk or listen to anyone. He was told to take 15-20 minutes or whatever time he needed to pull himself together and then go talk with Ms. Dianna. After 20 minutes, he still would not talk to anyone or get into his uniform. He did finally go into the office and then mom was called. After talking to mom, he stormed out of the classroom and changed his shirt and walked briefly outside and then sat in between the doors. After about 10 minutes, he came back into the classroom and apologized. He went for a brief walk with Ms. Dianna and Ms. Katie came to see him. He was able to get back on track and work the rest of the day, completing most of his science assignments before leaving for the day.
