Ashton was with Mr Paul who is very patient and kind. Ashton did walk but was then on the floor whining at 930. He yelled and swore at staff as tasks were dropped off. Ashton did get all work done but not without whining and bantering. He tries to act silly and is avoidant. What takes 3 hours to do should take an hour at the most. There was a point where he wanted to go home but then when offered that option he got on task but whined. He can not be spraying the f word all over. He must stop with the foul language. There was a spot when "I can't do this, I can't do this" Offered to go home he got on track. Ashton's behavior is annoying and he delays work by whining. this is not work ready.
