Ashton felt very stressed today. He took a walk and then did not work for over an hour. He said he was having a bad day and that he couldn't work. He appeared to be feeling quite anxious. When asked why he said he is having a bad day he replied that is because he had difficulty focusing and he is not getting work done. It was quiet in his work area and staff offered to help him many times. He was offered breaks, outside walks, exercise bike as options. He rode the bike a few times which helped a little bit.
I don't feel that Ashton was deliberately avoiding work as he was upset that he was not completing assignments. At times he made growling noises.
Ashton completed some of his work the last hour of the day before leaving for the day.
