Sawyer was tardy today. Parent notified staff that he did not take his meds.
Sawyer was in a good mood, talkative and very hungry.
He ate something when he got to school, had something to eat at snack time and lunch.
Many movement breaks were needed throughout the day.

Sawyer was determined to complete work even though it was difficult for him to focus. He cooperated with staff to complete some assignments, with support for focus and task completion.
Sawyer participated in art class today. Once he acclimated to the class he asked relevant questions, participated in discussions and completed the assignment.
