| Comments | Jude completed a reading sheet and math review sheet this morning. He was off task for 90 minutes, refusing to work on science project work despite several offers of help from various staff members. He wandered the classroom and complained. Jude was off task much of the afternoon as well and wanted to socialize with students in the other classroom who were working on assignments. Jude was given some time outside to shoot some basketballs for a break. He did not complete any other science assignments the rest of the day. |
