Jude walked into the classroom at 8:20, did not respond to staff greeting or request for cell phone and put his head on his desk. Jude remained with his head down on his desk until 10:45. He ignored all attempts by staff to engage him to start the day. He was offered water, snack, told it was time for his walk but he did not engage with others. At 10:45, Jude said he fell asleep at some point and that he was feeling overwhelmed today. Later in the day Jude stated that he did not sleep at all last night. Jude did not eat his lunch today and refused offers of water throughout the day. Jude went to the bathroom many times today but returned in a short amount of time.
