Layla had a good day. She worked on a plan for making healthy smoothies for lunch tomorrow and went with staff to shop for the items needed. A chapter in her current science project is about staying healthy (identify nutrients the body needs to stay healthy and identify good health habits). Layla doesn't like many vegetables and we talked about how we can add spinach or kale to a smoothie and other food items as an example for ways to get more vegetables in the diet.
Good effort with assignment completion today.
Great job of minding her own business and focusing on her work when another student was dysregulated.
