Layla had a good day today. She did need a reminder to enter on the correct side of the building upon arrival as she likes to cut through the other classroom to say hello and to have a shorter path to put her lunch in the refrigerator. Layla had a respectful conversation about a music lesson with Ms. Dianna stating her reasons for no longer having an interest in learning how to play the guitar at this time.
Layla took a walk after lunch and then after 10 minutes to transition into work mode she worked on her assignments until the end of the day. Layla had another good discussion about why one of her answers was marked as incorrect. She brought her textbook with her and showed where she had found her answer and her understanding of the material. She was respectful and thoughtful during the discussion and asked good questions.
