Today was Beck’s first day at Woodland Academy. He met staff appropriately and put on his Woodland shirt when he arrived.
Beck took a walk with staff and peers and then organized his workspace.
Beck and staff talked about the schedule and school routines.
He got right to work on a math skills inventory.
Beck put forth good effort today. He had assistance to complete science this afternoon and he asked if he could decorate his work space. During breaks, Beck was allowed to decorate his work space before leaving for the day.
