Aiden asked for math work when he arrived. He had a science assignment to complete first but he wanted to do math. He was given a short lesson on his math and given the assignment with offer to help get started. He said he would try to complete it on his own. He was shown how to complete the first two problems and then went to his work space. When checked on later he still had not completed the assignment.
Abbey was not able to make it to school today to see Aiden.
Aiden worked with staff for about 60 minutes, having a discussion about a New Year reset-respect for others, a lesson done individually with all of our students this week. Aiden was respectful and engaged in the conversations.
By the end of the day, Aiden had started his math assignment but had not yet completed it. He said he would finish it in the morning.
