Hunter entered with a positive attitude and joined music class which started shortly after he arrived. He participated appropriately but after 7 minutes he got up and left the class. He refused to return to class stating he was tired. After music class ended, Hunter returned to his desk. He tried to dictate what he was going to work on but with assistance from staff, he was able to complete part of his math and some of his reading assignment.
Hunter argued a bit at the end of his day stating that he arrived early, so he should get to go home early. He spotted his ride in the parking lot and insisted on leaving before 11:30. Staff discussed with him before leaving that 11:30 is the designated departure time.
