Hunter arrived bare footed today. He said he was in a rush and forgot to grab his shoes. He was given a pair of clean socks to wear.
A student who apparently was still holding a grudge with Hunter about last Thursday, tried to lock the door so Hunter couldn't enter the room. The student made rude comments to Hunter and was antagonistic. Hunter came into the building with staff and went to his work space. He did not engage negatively with the student. Hunter talked with staff about his favorite foods and wanted to make plans to have a school barbecue. After a while, Hunter transitioned into work mode and he completed his math assignment independently.
He then needed some time to talk and wanted to negotiate his schedule, wanting to have his break early and eat lunch early because he was leaving early today. He completed a reading assignment but did not put forth effort on the writing portion of the assignments.
