| Comments | Zach was tardy this morning but when he arrived he was respectful to staff and peers. He walked right away without complaint and then got to work. Zach was on task and productive while in school today. Zach said he didn't have his phone today when asked for it and it was later discovered that he did have it with him and kept it in his possession. (follow directions, cooperate with authority, interact positively with staff were given reduction in points due to dishonest choice). |
