When Hunter arrived he did not greet staff and did not go to his work space. He said he was tired and was going to sleep. He tried to lay across three chairs. With correction and reminders for consequences and incentives, Hunter got started on his work. Hunter requested to work with Mr Mc Clane today and with 1:1 support and encouragement, Hunter completed 3 ability level assignments.
Throughout the day, Hunter continued to have brief arguments about the rules and routines but with support/wait time and reminders for positive behavior, he was able to comply most of the time.
