Ashton refused to turn in his phone and was disrespectful to staff. He knocked over a barrier in his work space and then went outside.
Ashton swore at staff and refused to come into the building.
He turned in two assignments that he completed.
Ashton was sent home early today. Before he left he had an appropriate conversation with staff.
