When Aiden arrived at school today he swore at staff and asked to be left alone. He was given some space with staff monitoring in his work space. When another staff member came in 15 minutes later to check in, Aiden used much profanity and slapped a water bottle out of the staff member's hand. Aiden threw a chair and shoved at staff trying to provoke them. He threatened violence to staff. Ms Dianna took Aiden for a walk and then his therapist arrived for his scheduled Monday visit. He went to the park with his therapist and requested a few more minutes with him before the therapist left.
After lunch, Aiden requested to go to the park with a specific staff member. He had a good time at the park and on the way back he became agitated about the morning incident and wanted to fight/argue with staff. He was highly agitated and threw a plastic outdoor chair when they returned to school. The chair hit a car of an employee of a business next door to the school as we share a parking lot. The owner of the car saw the incident and confronted Aiden. Aiden was disrespectful and verbally abusive to the owner of the car who threatened to call the police. Aiden increased his verbal threats to the car owner and was verbally aggressive because she would call the police and he didn't know why because as he said "snitches get stitches". The police were not called but Aiden had great difficulty understanding why this would be reason for the owner of the car to call the police and thought it was because she was racist. Aiden stayed outside with staff until his transportation arrived.
