Michael walked with the group and had respectful and polite conversations with staff and students.
Michael had a lot of energy this morning and therefore needed extra time to pace and take some breaks before getting to work. He had difficulty staying in his work space and staying focused the first hour and a half, but he was respectful when redirected/given feedback on work.
The last hour of the day Michael worked hard to be sure all tasks were completed but some work was difficult to read due to rushing to get done on time.
A conversation was had about time management and putting forth the effort to write legibly as well as generating accurate answers.
