| Comments | Xavier walked with the group, had a snack and had some positive conversation with a peer and staff at the start of the day. Xavier completed his math assignment but was very tired today and "shut down" for an hour from 10-11 this morning despite staff attempts to engage him in work after he was given a break. At 11:00 staff was able to get Xavier on task to read a short reading article and complete multiple choice comprehension questions with staff support. |
