Sawyer had a difficult day today. He refused to complete his assignments this morning.
Sawyer talked with Ms Dianna about a comment that was made by another person last week in school. Dianna requested that he talk with her and the person involved. Sawyer refused to talk and ran away. Staff followed to ensure safety.
Sawyer returned to school and continued to struggle with regulation/frustration. Sawyer and another staff went for a walk and talk and he was feeling more positive when he returned from the walk. No academic work completed today but he did complete his daily self-evaluation sheet before leaving for the day.
