| Comments | Zach worked well the first hour of the morning (got to work, gave his phone to staff right away, transitioned between lessons with a short break). He seemed tired and about 10:00 when it was snack time. He did not want a snack but put his head down on his desk. He assured me he would not sleep. Snack, water, movement break, walk offered but rejected. Zach got back to work after a 15 minute break. He needed some prompts for on-task, and reminders to ask for help if he was stuck. He is always reminded to speak up and one of us will help him through something he doesn't understand. Positives: Zach is working much more independently on all of his written assignments this week. He is writing in complete sentences more often, but does get tired and then may be a bit more resistant to do so. |
