| Comments | Layla walked when she first arrived and was able to get her Math completed; needing a few prompts to stay on task. Layla wanted to prove that she could get her work done in the morning without taking her morning medication. Unfortunately, we have noticed that without her AM meds, she is unable to focus and complete tasks without constant support. She will try to sleep and complain she doesn't feel well. In addition, she becomes uncooperative, disrespectful and also will get panic attacks. However, after she is given her noon meds, she is much more cooperative and able to focus on her work. She also will work independently at times and is able to get all her assignments completed in the afternoon. The same held true today. Uncooperative and off task in the morning but worked very hard in the afternoon, finishing all her assigned work. |
