Bryce was a little frustrated when he arrived because some family members will be out of town this weekend. We also had a different schedule this afternoon which is challenging when his routine has been changed even though he knew several days in advance and was reminded yesterday and said he was looking forward to it. Today Ms Jodi came to school to help the students make individual sewing/craft projects. Thursday is also special lunch day which Bryce enjoys but he was disappointed because he thought he was going to be able to have a special dessert but it was not available today. Bryce got very angry at the person who told him the dessert was not available. He swore, and said threatening and derogatory comments to her. He stepped outside paced with staff support and supervision and then requested to speak with Ms. Dianna. It took Bryce about 20 minutes to regulate and in all about an hour before he was ready to have appropriate interactions and transition back into work. Bryce had a good last half of the afternoon. He completed some work with help for focus and task completion, and he helped to organize his work space before leaving for the day.
