| Comments | Layla came in cooperative, but very tired. She could not seem to focus on her work and wanted to put her head down. She also was moaning very quietly. It took her quite a while to get on track and get her Math completed. In Music class, she was very respectful and really seemed to enjoy listening to different types of music. However, when we all got together for a birthday celebration, she went under a table and needed to be told several times to come out. She said she was overwhelmed but did have some cake and then went outside and walked around the building. After lunch and a walk, she once again, was very slow to start her work. She began to draw on her desk instead of doing her work because she was mad about something she heard. She did finally get on track and was able to get all her assignments completed with support and a few prompts to keep her on task. |
