| Comments | When Sage arrived this morning she needed some time before she was ready to interact with others. She worked quietly on a puzzle for 20 minutes and then she was ready to work on her math. Sage had a positive attitude during her math. After math Sage had great participation during music class (singing and playing instruments and asking questions). Sage enjoys helping others with their work and asked if she could help a student with her reading assignment. At one point of the day Sage was feeling overwhelmed with an assignment that required a lot of writing. She went to her quiet space and took a break. After a short break, Sage came back to the table and worked collaboratively to complete the assignment. She did not communicate verbally how she was feeling at first but after the break she was able to ask for help with the writing in the difficult parts of the assignment. Sage helped to organize materials at the end of the day. |
