Ashton had difficulty focusing on tasks today. Work avoidance, some out of area and head on desk were behaviors he exhibited.

One-on-one staff support for assignment completion, peer support for assignment completion were used to help Ashton complete work. He was not willing to write in sentences today, even with shortened assignments/expectations.
Ashton refused to participate in music today.

One assignment was sent home with Ashton today.
