| Comments | Zach was slow to start his work today. Upon arrival he put his head down on his desk. When offered assistance to get started on his work he refused the offer. Zach did not have a pencil and did not ask for one. When he was still not working after the second check-in Zach said he didn't have a pencil. One was given to him but he still did not get to work. |
