Zach was slow to start his work today. Upon arrival he put his head down on his desk. When offered assistance to get started on his work he refused the offer. Zach did not have a pencil and did not ask for one. When he was still not working after the second check-in Zach said he didn't have a pencil. One was given to him but he still did not get to work.
Mr. Hill came to check in with Zach this morning.
Mid-morning, Zach said he wanted to go home. He took a walk with Ms. Dianna and decided he would stay at school and try to get some work completed. With much one-on-one support (read text to Zach and assist in assignment completion), Zach completed 2 science lessons today.
Zach took one assignment home today to complete for homework.
