Sophie was tired this morning and asked to rest before the start of the school day. She rested for 15 minutes and then took a walk with staff and a peer per the schedule.

Sophie needed many prompts to put her drawing away and get started on her work. She said she did not sleep well and was feeling very tired. Sophie asked if she could do some of her work outside, which is a strategy she uses to help her regulate. She completed an assignment and then came in to have a snack with a peer.
Good participation during a teacher read aloud of a chapter book.
Not all work completed today but Sophie worked hard to complete most of her work despite feeling so tired. We will strive to get more completed tomorrow.
