Sophie took a walk this morning and after a short journaling break she got right to work on her math. She had a positive attitude while working on her math assignment and even did a few extra problems.
Sophie did a great job today transitioning between breaks and getting back to work without delay.
She was a bit frustrated on an assignment and a with a teacher she was working with this afternoon. She said she needed a break and went to her quiet work space. She then requested to take some time outside to regroup before getting back to work. She needed about 8 minutes to sit quietly and then was ready to talk about her frustration. She handled the problem appropriately and was able to get back on track to finish the afternoon.
Good rest of the day.
