Layla was slow to start today. She did her math but needed prompts all day long to keep her on task and working. She just could not seem to stay focused on her work and was extremely talkative. During lunch she was very silly and used inappropriate language at times when she was around everyone. In the afternoon, she once again was very silly and talkative. She needed constant support and prompts in order for her to finish her work.
