| Comments | Jordan was late for school today. He had some conversations with staff and a peer when he arrived. He got to work in a reasonable amount of time after his conversations. Jordan had assistance with assignment completion as needed but he still had difficulty staying focused on his work. As a result of arriving late and some off task behaviors (talking about topics not related to assignments and drawing) he did not complete a lot of work. However, he put forth good effort on the work he completed and asked questions for clarification of concepts as needed. |
