Jordon was on time for school today. He did turn in his phone but questioned why he must turn it in.

He took a short walk this morning. He argued about taking off his hoodie while in the building but did comply when given a few minutes of quiet.

Jordan completed some of his work but much off task behavior (talking, paper folding) after a short amount of work.
A goal is for Jordon to increase on task behavior and work stamina to complete more assignments during his day. He is offered help for assignment completion and is allowed breaks after completing some of his work.
Assignments modified as needed to allow success for completion.
