| Comments | When Zach arrived this morning he would not work despite numerous attempts to engage him. Zach was offered help to complete work. He lay on the floor in an area he was not assigned to. Mr. McClane encouraged Zach to get some work done and offered to bring the work to Zach. Zach said rude, and derogatory remarks to him. Zach was given time and space and the offer to help him with work when he was ready. Zach was taken home. The work that was not completed on Tuesday and Wednesday was sent home with Zach to complete. |
