Beck had a good morning. He needed a little time to socialize before getting started this morning. He put forth good effort on math and science assignments before lunch. Beck also participated in an optional drum lesson today. He seemed to enjoy it and said he would try it again next month.
Beck had a more difficult time staying on task to complete assignments this afternoon. He had several movement breaks and support for work completion.
Some discussion was needed to talk about appropriate word choice when talking with staff and peers. It was unclear whether Beck took the discussion seriously but he listened and did not have any further issues.
