Max had a good start to his morning. He was cooperative and willing to work on math with staff for 20 minutes. Max had difficulty staying on task after math. He avoided working on his science work, even with staff support.
By 10:30 Max was argumentative with staff and peers. He was off task for the rest of the morning until lunch. It was difficult to get Max to transition to work after lunch.
Max completed one assignment this afternoon. He was offered a walk, fidgets, art, but he refused all. Max wandered and had difficulty getting along with peers and staff. He consistently made noise which caused a distraction to others.
