Bryce had something to eat when he arrived. He started the morning with a positive attitude. He worked for 40 minutes on math and a reading comprehension sheet and then needed a break.. He wanted to roam the room and would not return to his work space when directed. Bryce began to talk loudly with another student. A student who was working in the area said could you shut up to both of the boys. Bryce got angry at the student and refused to return to his work space when directed by staff. Bryce was shouting at the student and posturing and pushing. Once he was settled down, Bryce went to work with staff on his project at the library for an hour. When Bryce returned he was regulated and after having lunch he was ready to focus on his afternoon assignments for a while. Bryce had difficulty ignoring noises and visual distractions this afternoon but did his best to maintain cooperative behavior until dismissal. At one point he asked to take a walk because he was frustrated. Good strategy.
