When Ashton arrived at school he noticed a peer was having a difficult day and made a racial comment to antagonize the peer. He stood by the door wanting to engage disruption. When Ashton heard the police would be involved if he incited disruption he backed down and went to his work space.
Ashton removed himself from the situation and focused on his work. Ashton had a good rest of the day, minding his own business and completed some of his assignments.
