Sawyer did not take his meds today and as a result he had difficulty focusing and remaining in one place. He was very talkative and at first seemed a bit tired and then later was very physically active, even after having walks. Sawyer tried to be cooperative and stay positive. He stated he wanted to get his work done and do well but that he couldn't. He is worried about other events happening in his life and what might be the next steps. Sawyer's mood tended to fluctuate between happy/interactive and sad.
