Sage went on a field trip to the Milwaukee County Zoo today. She was one of three students with two staff members. Sage was excited to be at the zoo and see the animals. She engaged in conversation and helped decide what to see next.
Sage got overwhelmed in the fish/reptile building. She fell over and covered her ears and couldn't move. With assistance from two students, Sage was escorted out of the building. She ran to the side of the building to be out of the crowd. She was able to reset in a reasonable amount of time and continued on for the rest of the field trip.
When she returned to school, with some assistance, Sage completed her field trip write-up.
