| Comments | Sophie was off task this morning. After her walk she lay down without permission and said she needed to rest because she was not feeling well. When she got to work, Sophie was talkative and did a lot of drawing when she should have been working. She needed many prompts and did not want staff support for focus and assignment completion. |
