Ashton came to school and slept most of the morning. He was offered help several times and given a snack. When he was awake he did not complete work.
After lunch time he left his work space and went to the other room. He would not leave for about 5 minutes and would not let a teacher and student into their classroom. He then left the room and lay on the grass outside. Ashton then went into the office and took his phone out of the cabinet without permission and made a phone call which is against the rules.

Ashton refused to take his homework home with him when he left for the day.
