Sophie had great difficulty staying on task today. She was respectful but talkative and avoided work, especially in the morning.

Sophie left music class (am) about 10 minutes before the end of class, as she had difficulty with the noise level (students playing instruments) and the song made her feel sad about her grandpa. She needed some time to regulate before getting back on track.
Sophie worked more independently this afternoon, especially the last hour of the day.
